Taken in 1985, this image was taken during the shoot for the cover of The Queen Is Dead album, The Smiths second LP release in June 1986. This particular shot taken outside The Salford Lads Club was used as several magazine covers across Europe and even has guitarist Johnny Marr almost smiling on a cold winters day in Manchester.
